We are looking for a General Manager, who will be responsible for sales and strategic planning at our partner company's Production Plant. They will oversee all functions, human capital, and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy. Maintaining close relations with the customers is very important, which is why we are looking for a motivated, extroverted individual.

• Developing and implementing effective business and operational strategies
• Assessing current processes and designing strategies to enhance overall efficiency
• Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows 
• Responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with export, sales, and international business
• Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and high performance
• Developing and implementing resource allocation strategies to meet business demands while adhering to budget plans
• Introduce innovative solutions and technologies to enhance business efficiency and adapt to changing business needs
• Providing regular, transparent reports on key performance indicators
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team in a competitive, sales-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
• Fluent English
• In depth experience in financial management
• Availability for domestic and international business trips

• Proven experience in the processing industry, with a strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations
