We are looking for an experiences Business Manager for our international partner in the field of Fleet Management. The new colleague should manage prospect and client relationships with the intention to acquire new and retain existing clients and grow the business.

Business Manager

Tasks

  • Manage the strategic client relationship aiming to grow the business in terms of fleet, services and margins
  • Visit leads and prospects, present the company, identify needs and opportunities and propose our offer
  • Convert prospects to clients on the basis of qualified leads resulting into signed framework agreements
  • Deliver advice and tangible value to the right prospect/client decision makers by delivering our offer, fleet/business reviews, CCP advice and TCO savings opportunities
  • Define the account strategy of clients securing client loyalty, maximizing opportunities
  • Feed opportunities into the CRM, follow them up and actively manage the sales pipeline by using conversion ratios and the right sales Key Performance Indicators
  • Always make visit reports and confirmation letters communicating them to internal teams
  • For tenders: Participate in presentation and responsible to present to prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years sales experience within similar industry
  • BA/MA Degree preferably in Business Administration
  • Proficient English language knowledge
  • Excellent vehicle operational leasing product and market knowledge
  • Results driven attitude
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
