Business Value Consultant (REF3714X)
Are you passionate about helping customers understand the business impact / value of technology? We are looking for a Business Value Consultant to join our Sales & Value Consulting team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success within the ICT or High-Tech industry.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with sales and account teams to develop strong business value propositions for customers.
- Identify customer needs, industry trends, and financial benefits to create compelling value stories.
- Support business case development, including ROI, cost savings, and revenue growth modeling.
- Facilitate customer sessions and workshops to explore business challenges and co-create solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Portfolio, Marketing, Pricing) to align solutions with customer priorities.
- Train and coach sales teams on value-based selling best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or Consulting within the ICT or High-Tech industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to simplify complex business concepts.
- Customer Engagement: Experience leading customer workshops, discovery sessions, or consultative sales discussions.
- Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to develop business cases and quantify value propositions.
- Education: A degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English (German will be a bonus).
