Tasks

• Lead the team (10-15 members) of hardware development engineers and hardware sub project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success
• Support the Resource Manager, act as a liaison between your team and senior management, providing regular updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and objectives, while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and values
• Provide management and technical support for new projects, taking part in the initial planning of resource requirements and time schedule
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality results on time and within budget, while maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in Engineering field or other equivalent technical certificate and experience in electrical engineering
• Hardware development experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Project management or team leading
• Active fluent English knowledge (both written and spoken)
• People management skills
