Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of product line strategies and manage projects to create conceptual business opportunities that align with MOL Group Chemicals' strategic directions.
• Oversee the business analysis of early-stage strategic projects, including secondary market research, competitor benchmarking, and contribution to due diligence processes.
• Overview short- mid- and long-term market and business intelligence activities; monitor market and legislative trends to identify new opportunities for value chain extension.
• Contribute to and oversee the generation of ideas and business opportunities, prioritizing them based on market rationale.
• Identify and implement best practices for structuring and representing business cases, understanding their dependencies with other business development initiatives.
• Manage knowledge sharing, networking efforts, structuring and negotiation processes of MOL Group with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

The Perfect Candidate:

• Holds a BSc/MSc degree in economics, business management or engineering.
• Speaks fluent English
• Possesses outstanding strategic management, structuring, and problem-solving capabilities, with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successful stakeholder management
• Has 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in strategy, business development, or consulting
• Solid knowledge of the downstream/chemicals value chain and processes is an advantage
