On behalf of our multinational software corporation partner we are looking for a Chief of Staff who is going to support the growth of the country including all Field line of business (Sales, PreSales, Services), sustainable development of talent, and ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction in tight and continuous collaboration with the Managing Director.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Managing the Office of the Managing Director and the company (excluding Assistant tasks, not an Executive Assistant position)
  • Liaising between country leadership, Market Unit leadership and regional functions
  • Management, including prioritization, of the Managing Director’s schedule in close collaboration with the Executive Assistant
  • Organization of Business Review meetings, preparation of keynotes, speeches, publications, interviews and other events
  • Tight collaboration with all Lines of Business internally from back- to front-office and resolution of any upcoming issues
  • Supporting the business in the organization and delivery of internal and external events
  • Supporting and driving various strategic initiatives under the MD’s sponsorship
  • Providing exceptional support in Customer Engagement, Sales Leadership & Deal Management
  • Ensure successful visits both for the Managing Director and in case of Board or Market Unit/regional management visits
  • Supporting the MD during customer, partner and other external visits, including preparation of thank you notes and ensuring the delivery of all agreed actions in a timely manner
  • Coaching, deal structuring and supporting of local sales leaders in the preparation of pre-approval documents
  • Organization of & participation in weekly forecast calls, follow-up on agreements directly with the Sales team (responsible)
  • Driving the active resolution of customer escalations in collaboration with country leadership and other relevant stakeholders
  • Travelling occasionally to support the Managing Director during key internal and external events

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years total professional experience, preferably with a majority in the field
  • Tertiary degree in business or equivalent
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent preferred
  • C-Level executive conversation skills (both in English and in Hungarian)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
