Job Description
This position is filled in the IoT Digital team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals working on big data, IoT solution and hyperautomation implementation projects.
Project
We offer our customers a highly automated managed service for the platform software of Pegasystems Inc. in the cloud. In your future projects, you will be working on Pegasystems based implementations in the DACH region, directly with our customers from different industries, including banking, healthcare or public. Together with the T-Systems International team members, you will join an international team supporting our customers and providing them Pegasystems based solutions.
Main tasks
As a DevOps engineer, you will take care of the following topics, among others:
- Development to automate the setup and configuration of the cloud infrastructure
- Development of the automated installation and configuration of the Pega platform software and its components in a Kubernetes cluster
- Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Monitoring and Analysing
- Configurations Management
- IT Security
- Monitor and Ensure Code Security & Quality using Standard Tools and Rulesets
- Work Agile in a high-skilled and cross-functional international team, who are working with devops mindset, including 3rd level support
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience in IT
- 3+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
- Strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication competences in English language.
- Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban and experience in working in agile teams
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, best with Terraform
- Experiences in Containerization
- Docker
- Container Orchestration with Kubernetes
- Continuous Delivery with Argo CD
- SQL and NoSQL Database Knowledge
- Linux experience:
- Rights management
- System features

- Shellscripting
- Experience in the following CI/CD Tools:
