Develop business relationships with major customers, keep relationship with existing partners
Submit reports and information about the implementation of the business plan
Monitor the delivery invoices and manage accounts receivable
Evaluate and approve bonus indicators of subordinated staff and monitor the implementation of premium frame.
Provide recruitment and selection of staff, carries out induction training for new employees coming to work and develops a plan for their work and social adaptation.
Provide additional activities including systematic evaluation of employees
Observe turnaround of goods in a stock at the agreed level.
