Communication & Change Specialist

Tasks

  • Support effective communication strategies, assist Leadership
  • Manage internal communications including content creation
  • Develop and maintain internal communication channels, platforms
  • Draft content for workshops, management meetings
  • Stakeholder management
  • Coordinate change management activities by defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress, track and report issues
  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance
  • Coordinate change in case of projects, transitions with other specialists and also integrate change management activities into defined plans, roadmaps

Our Partner, the largest European pet product retailer, is now looking for a Communication and Change Specialist with fluent English and good German knowledge. If you have 3-5 years of experience in internal communication, and change management, don't hesite to apply!
