Our partner is currently looking for a Communication Specialist for their BSC in Budapest.

Communication Specialist

Feladatok

  • Design and implement communication strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
  • Collaborate across departments to craft and deliver clear, impactful messages for internal audiences.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans utilizing channels such as social media, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee and update the organization’s internal SharePoint site and manage social media profiles.
  • Produce and edit content for various formats, including internal newsletters, blog posts, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare and present updates to all staff during regular organizational forums.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives and community partners.
  • Track and evaluate communication metrics to enhance the effectiveness of strategies and approaches.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in communications, marketing, and public relations.

Követelmények

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, marketing, or public relations - including internal/external communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Hungarian
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or other content preparation programs
  • Experience with social media management and e-mail marketing platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing working environment
