Contract Management Specialist (French speaking)


Our partner is a Competence Center in Budapest and currently looking for a talented candidate who will interact with customers and company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of functions including the management of Service Contracts.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure registration and billing of service contracts in the system for EMEA 
  • Prepare analysis regarding the country orders & backlogs
  • Receive purchase orders from end users or channel
  • Determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc
  • Resolve return credit problems and schedule changes, prices
  • Regular database cleaning and audit reports monitoring tasks

Required skills:

  • BA / BSc Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in order management / procurement / sales support / contract management
  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • Proactive, precise and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
