Controller

Tasks

  • Manage monthly closing activities, including Flash reporting and P&L analysis.
  • Prepare quarterly and consolidation packages.
  • Conduct financial analyses focusing on Gross Margin and Cost Center Management.
  • Validate payments and maintain credit control measures, coordinating with Coface.
  • Calculate provisions and communicate with banks.
  • Participate in yearly budgeting and Transfer Pricing activities.
  • Oversee statutory accounts management and tax compliance.
  • Contribute to SAP implementation projects.

Requirements

  • Official license for Accounting & Finance (Chartered Accountant Certification).
  • Proficiency in SAP, with experience in ERP system implementation.
  • Familiarity with Hyperion.
  • Experience with BAAN is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of Hungarian VAT rules, including triangular invoicing flows.
  • Familiarity with Business Object/Show Biz software is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
