Team Coordination: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
Medical Project Support: Collaborating with external experts, managing contracts, and handling invoicing
Administrative and Operational Support: Overseeing procurement, conference registrations, and team event logistics
Compliance and Audit Readiness: Organizing documentation and preparing for audits
Data Management and Reporting: Tracking project statuses, compiling KPI reports, and managing financial reporting
IT Systems Management: Using Qualipso and other internal platforms, providing support to team members
Minimum of a secondary education qualification
Experience in administrative or coordination roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
