CRM Technical Support Specialist


Our prestigious multinational partner is looking for an experienced colleague with extensive technical support knowledge regarding CRM systems. 

The job

  • give technical support to all relevant parties regarding the specific CRM system
  • plan and deliver initial training 
  • troubleshoot problems 
  • diagnose issues 
  • identify bugs and defects
  • create cases and tickets and resolve system issues

The ideal candidate

  • has extensive, prior experience with technical support for CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365.. )
  • experience in a technical/IT support role
  • has fluent English knowledge
  • fluency in at least ONE of the following languages: French, Italian, Dutch
  • pro-active personality
  • strong analytical and problem solving skills
