We are looking for a customer quality engineer based in Göd for an automotive company that uses market-leading creative technologies.
Customer Quality Engineer
Feladatok
represent the company towards its OEM customers for lithium-ion battery products
support new project launch (APQP, PPAP) and production ramp-up activities in a high scale industry-leading environment
manage customer claims with problem-solving process (8D method - failure analysis, problem-solving, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions)
responsible for internal alignment with other departments (Engineering, Development, Logistics, Supplier Quality and Project Management) and direct contact towards the company's customers
active team member during internal and external audits (VDA6.3, Formel Q, IATF 16949:2016)
active participation in the preparation of P-FMEA, CP, and the quality plan in compliance with customer-specific requirements
participate in further improvement of the quality management system according to IATF 16949
planning, tracking and follow up of QA main activities within the customer projects during serial production
responsible for Quality workshops, Technical discussions, Preventive quality planning
Követelmények
MSc/BSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent)
3-5 years of experience in Quality, Engineering or Project Management teams preferably at automotive industry
standard knowledge: ISO 9001; IATF 16949; VDA 6.3; VDA 6.5;
knowledge of various quality management methods and automotive core tools: 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, P-FMEA, CP, SPC, Kaizen, 5S, APQP, PPAP
determined, flexible and result oriented personality
excellent analytical skills
good communication and organizational skills
strong written and verbal communication skills in local and English language
able to work independently and willingness to travel if necessary
