Customer Care Director

Tasks

  • Lead and oversee all the Customer Service activities, including contracts/tenders, pricing maintenance, order processing, and customer inquiries/operational complaints
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead the Customer Service Management team (5 direct reports) to continuously improve processes, enhance customer experience, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure
  • Build a high-performing customer service team: ensure the KPIs are met and the team is efficiently working towards company goals

Requirements

  • Academic degree (MBA degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in customer service
  • 10+ years of experience in customer service team management (50+ employees)
  • Experience with customer service-related softwares (preferably SAP and Salesforce)
  • Advanced English skills (both in writing and speaking)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and process-improvement skills
