We're looking for a talented and driven Telesales Manager for one of Europe's largest wholesale companies. This is an incredible opportunity to take charge of a new project, restructure an entire national organization, and expand an existing team to meet new business goals.

Customer Service Manager (telesales)

Tasks

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and inspire a telesales team of 50–70 people, ensuring consistent performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Shape and refine customer relationship strategies that support overall sales objectives.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance telesales operations and communication workflows.
  • Work with CRM platforms on a daily basis; generate reports, evaluate performance indicators, and analyze sales data.
  • Plan and execute customer outreach campaigns, including segmentation and channel strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while handling complex customer challenges.
  • Support the growth and professional development of team members through coaching, training, and regular feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure aligned execution.
  • Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and maximize value within the existing client base.
  • Track market developments and customer needs, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telesales or customer relationship management.
  • Currently working within the telesales industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing a telesales team of 50–70 people.
  • Experience in building, structuring, and overseeing telesales processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Solid working knowledge of CRM tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and make informed business decisions.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or IT.
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
