Customer Service Operator

Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in an assigned product area and region.
Provide information, troubleshoot problems, and arrange collections using various courier systems.
Offer guidance to customers and escalate complex issues to the next level of support.
Ensure adherence to process-related and quality guidelines.
Követelmények
Secondary school education with relevant qualifications.
Vocational training and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience are desirable.
Fluent in English, knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand how decisions impact customers.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
