Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:
Customs Supervisor
Feladatok
- Manage daily import & export customs clearance, follow up transportation status of shipment, contact broker and monitor the completion of process in time;
- Manage the document creation of import & export process, review all information before submitting to authorities, ensure all is accurate and compliant with rules;
- Establish and improve company rules and regulations in compliance with internal and external regulations;
- Coordinate AEO application;
- Supervise customs broker, control costs and payments;
- Manage customs documentation and system master data maintenance, handle all relative documents and reports;
- Prepare and support audits.
Elvárások
- Above 5 years experience in customs clearance;
- Familiar with regulation of local customs;
- Skilled of HS code definition, rules of certificate of origin;
- Higher education degree (Bsc or above);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in Hungarian and English;
- Strong teamwork management ability; strong ability to resist pressure, responsible and proactive;
- Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, ability to build strong relationships;
- Familiarity with bonded processes is a plus.
