Data Scientist - Global HR Division (REF3719K)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to leverage the SKYRISE tool, a sophisticated dashboard that integrates analyses from diverse sources, including the HR Suite, to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, stakeholder management, and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize and enhance the SKYRISE dashboard to compile and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • PowerBI Expertise: Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using PowerBI to support decision-making processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with a development team based in Ghana and various internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Self-Driven Projects: Take ownership of data initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Skills

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerBI is essential.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous but not required.
  • HR Knowledge: Prior exposure to HR data or systems is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and quick-learning attitude.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results.
