• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role 
• Proficient in various digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing) 
• Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting 
• Fluent in English 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
