Digital Product Manager- Intelligent Learning Experience
We’re reinventing how people grow at work — using AI, data, and design to make learning adaptive, engaging, and part of everyday work.
As Product Manager, Intelligent Learning Experiences, you’ll shape the next generation of digital learning products reaching 50,000+ employees — experiences that feel more like Spotify or Duolingo than corporate training. You’ll use product strategy, systems thinking, and applied AI to build tools that drive performance, engagement, and skill growth through our enterprise LLM assistant.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for digital and hybrid learning experiences.
- Translate business needs into measurable, high-impact learning products.
- Lead discovery with users, business units, and tech teams to identify real learning and performance needs.
- Deliver AI-powered features like personalized paths, virtual coaches, and smart simulations.
- Partner with data teams to measure engagement, skill growth, and productivity impact.
- Embed learning into core digital platforms (Teams, intranet, corporate LLM).
- Manage the backlog, define success metrics, and run agile sprints with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management or digital product design, ideally in SaaS, edtech, or digital experience products.
- Strong grasp of user experience, journey design, and data-driven iteration.
- Comfortable working with AI technologies, APIs, and conversational interfaces.
- Systems thinker who connects multiple touchpoints into seamless, continuous experiences.
- Skilled at translating complex needs into simple, intuitive digital flows.
- Data-literate and focused on measurable business impact.
- Curious about learning and performance — but not limited by traditional L&D models.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: build, test, learn, and iterate quickly.
Nice to Have
- Background in edtech, behavior change, or human-centered AI.
- Familiarity with LLMs, adaptive learning, or simulation-based experiences.
- Experience with design systems or personalization engines.
- Technical literacy in APIs, no-code tools, or prototyping platforms.
