Digital Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
The Digital Sales Representative (DSR) will focus on generating new leads and supporting the field sales team to drive business growth. Additionally, the DSR will act as a hunting account manager for opportunities until a certain Total Contract Value (TCV), nurturing relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various digital channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, online events).
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track lead generation activities and progress.
- Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the field sales team to transition qualified leads and support the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and account management.
- Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital sales (inside sales), lead generation, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Hunter mentality with a drive to seek out and close new business opportunities.
- Highly motivated, customer-focused, and success-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
