Documentation Team Leader

Feladatok

• Proactively identify and solve team training and development needs,
• Foster team building and a positive and innovative work environment,
• Ensure that the team delivers on-time quality documentation,
• Ensure efficient execution by monitoring the team’s performance and calling out necessary improvements,
• Ensure feedback loops and continuous documentation quality improvement,
• Report on local Documentation KPIs, team performance and present conclusion to global management,
• Be the point of contact for all NIH based Documentation operations and ensure proactive exchanges with local stakeholders,
• Work closely in collaboration with the global Documentation leadership to drive global operations with excellence,
• Provide clear guidance, instruction, advice, and coaching in formal and ad hoc settings.

Elvárások

• Bachelors degree,
• At least 1-2 years experience leading and developing teams,
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills,
• Experience collaborating and communicating with a broad range of stakeholders,
• Experience working with technical subject matter experts,
• Good knowledge of Documentation creation and review process,
• Strong knowledge of authoring, data management and reporting tools,
• Strong customer orientation, organization and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
