Summary: Abacus Medicine has implemented Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain with several modules like Warehouse management and Production.

We are looking for our new colleague who will help us with the maintenance of system settings, user support, training of key users on new workflows and management of standard troubleshooting processes. Join us and participate in ERP development projects. Work in the ERP support team based in Hungary, Budapest. You may have the opportunity to travel from time to time to our head office in Copenhagen or to other locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaise and communicate closely with other departments using the system;
• Provide support and guidance to users;
• Troubleshooting workflow processes as required;
• Maintain system security by managing user access including roles, responsibilities and segregation of duties;
• Identifying areas of the system that require development/improvement and supporting development by
• Assessing requirements, supporting the production of User Requirements and Specifications (URS);
• Configuring the system to meet needs and expectations;
• Testing;
• Preparing and presenting user training material;
• Ensuring the necessary documentation is available (process, application settings, specifications, test sheets, programme documentation, user support case management, SOP documents);
• Attend GMP/GDP training.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience on a year-for-year basis required;
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in configuring ERP environments, (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain consultant field);
• Active, fluent written and verbal English language knowledge.

Advantages:
