Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Feladatok
Responsible for the overall electrical maintenance, upgrading, repairing, and calibration of machinery and equipment
Perform electrical maintenance and required electrical work on equipment in accordance with the preventative maintenance plan to ensure equipment readiness and efficient operation
Ensure electrical connetions and instalations in factory are performed in accordance with good engineering practices and are according to local regulations
Carry out modifications and troubleshooting or diagnosing faults on the machines and equipment
Promptly attend to process equipment and machinery electrical failures for investigation and corrective action to ensure the speedy restoration of normal plant production
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Collaborate with the facility team to ensure all tooling and equipment are in good condition
Collaborate with process engineering to ensure the introduction of new machinery and equipment into the manufacturing environment
Provide support to the process engineering team in sustaining and improving productivity, yield, and quality related to processes and equipment
Elvárások
Bachelors degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or mechatronics is advantageous
Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing/Operations or an equivalent field
Hands-on machinery experience is required
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and electronics systems
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Experience with preventative maintenance systems and documentation generation
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Understanding of basic problem-solving skills through engineering approaches such as Pareto analysis and the 5 Whys method
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly.
Proficient in MS Office
Driver's license, category B.
