Your Tasks:

  • Lead the sub-stream “Testing & Migration” in the global Successfactors Employee Central implementation project
  • Create an overall test & migration strategy
  • Define test cases / scenarios
  • Configure migration and test automation tools  
  • Conduct user acceptance test from business perspective
  • Consult on best practice test management

Experience:

  • You have lead Employee Central implementations on large scale (5k+ users) in international multi-country approaches
  • You have designed test & migration strategies

Skills:

  • Employee Central is a MUST
  • Test Management
  • High level English (mandatory), German (optional)
  • Vendor Management
