Provide technical support to dealers via phone, email, and ticketing tools
Troubleshoot issues, track spare parts, and monitor exceptional shipments
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams (warranty, logistics, finance)
Translate training materials and deliver trainings
Support in reporting, reconciliation, and periodic settlements
Ensure cases are resolved and clearly documented
High school diploma
Fluent or native in English
Strong communication and organizational skills
A knack for problem-solving and technical thinking
Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, WLAN, troubleshooting, CRM/ticketing systems)
Previous experience in a BPO and/or Customer Service and/or technical account
Willingness to work in shifts (10:00-18:30, 16:00-00:30, 23:00-07:30)
