The Enterprise Architect is responsible for leading technical engagements, orchestrating end-to-end solutions, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements and technical capabilities. The role involves managing multi-stakeholder projects in mission-critical environments, collaborating with internal and external teams, and delivering comprehensive technical and strategic solutions.

Tasks

• Customer engagement and leading technical workshops.
• Managing the customers business requirements and ensuring they are fulfilled via the solution tower architects (PU Cloud, DT 5G, and DTBS) from an end to end perspective.
• Challenging solution towers experts to ensure best fit solutions.
• Engaging with customer and internal staff to interpret and prioritize what is necessary versus requested. 
• Contributing to organizational, staffing, service, security, risk, implementation planning, and governance topics.
• Orchestrating and balancing the overall solution and service across T-Systems, and DT, from an end-to-end perspective.
• Creating written documentation and presentations to support the above.
• Get familiar with and apply ESA ECSS Standards for requirements definition, system design and documentation.
• Interacting with the bid team working on the operational service bid.

Requirements

• Experience of working on large complex multi-stakeholder programs in a mission critical context.
• Knowledge across IT Infrastructure & Data Centre Services, Edge computing, Container Management and Virtualization, Networking and 5G services.
• Story telling, exec level presentation, documentation authoring and editing.
• Managing a team of solution designers through a multi-customer engagement.
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and then capable of driving the team and customer to a point of clarity.
• EU passport / EU residence
• Strong written and verbal English language skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in EC/EU space programs.
• Previous experience of working in a governmental classified project (EU-Restricted level).
