Headquartered in Unterhaching near Munich, we also own and operate a plant in Bicske, Hungary, and maintain sales offices around the world. Our global team of 900 people welcomes you to Vincotech, a Mitsubishi Electric Corporation company.
Your skills are in demand. We need you to:
- Manage supplier portfolios and databases:
- Extract and manage supplier contacts, part types and other essential information from various systems
- Engage with suppliers to gather part-level compliance information from sources such as websites, databases, emails and test reports
- Validate and store declarations, ensuring data in our PLM database remains accurate
- Continuously monitor compliance:
- Stay up to date on and ensure compliance with key EHS and sustainability regulations and standards, including but not limited to REACH, ROHS, TSCA, California Prop 65, POPs, PFAS, conflict minerals, LCA, and carbon footprint
- Produce comprehensive compliance reports tailored to customer requirements (FMD)
- Prepare compliance reports:
Your credentials are persuasive. You have:
- A degree in environmental, materials or chemical engineering, or in environmental science, chemistry or economic law
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
- A working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management tools (SAP, PLM)
- A firm grasp of all EHS and sustainability regulations and standards
- Experience in the electronic engineering industry is a plus
