ERP Support

Feladatok

• Support ERP users, register their daily problems
• Track and riport of change requests and incidents
• Support the release of new updates, monitor and develop further interfaces
• Support the project teams before/during the introduction of new processes
• Support high level planning, prepare specifications
• Configure and test new software versions, create documentations
• Analyze emerging problems, develop solutions in close cooperation with the development team
• Develop SQL/Linux/Windows scripts for business processes
• Be responsible for maintenance and monitoring of servers

Elvárások

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, industrial engineering, computer science or equivalent experience to substitute for degree
• Minimum 2-year IT experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Practical knowledge of Oracle databases as well as SQL scripting
• Solution-oriented, structured way of thinking
• Fluent in English on a business level
• Independent, proactive, good problem solving and communication skills
