Our partner is a dynamically growing, Hungarian-owned agricultural machinery trading company with an extensive European client base beyond the domestic market. The company is headquartered in Bács-Kiskun County, Hungary, but its operations extend beyond national borders, offering an internationally focused role.

EU Account Manager

Tasks

  • Developing and executing sales strategies across European markets
  • Managing and expanding the distributor and partner network
  • Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Setting regional sales targets and tracking performance
  • Working closely with the marketing, logistics, and product management teams
  • Representing the company at international events and trade fairs
  • Conducting market and competitor analyses, preparing reports for management

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of international B2B sales experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking, proactive and goal-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of the EU markets’ operation and business culture
  • Willingness to travel regularly (approx. 1 week per month abroad)
