About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our team of 15 highly skilled professionals in Project Systems. As a team, we are helping our end users by sharpening our toolbox to fit our business processes.

You will play a pivotal role for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions to become our new ERP platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technology within the Dynamics platform within NNE Project Management.

 

Candidates with strong implementation experience of the following processes will be an added advantage:

 

  • Project planning and budgeting/forecasting
  • Project procurement
  • Time registration
  • Universal resource scheduling 

 

How you might spend your days

As an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you’ll:

 

  • Provide technical leadership within Dynamics 365 technologies, and give guidance to relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the design of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with best practices
  • Oversee the implementation process, working closely with track lead, SME’s, developers, consultants, and other team members
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications within the organisation
  • Assist with data migration, and plan cutover to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the solution
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the solution architecture, design, and implementation processes

The miles you’ve walked

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Project Operations Functional Consultant Associate, Azure) are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
