The project deals with an integrated view of Business-IT and Infrastructure within the TSI.
Subproject 04: IT Portfolio Management TSI
The sub-project of IT Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) is responsible for the introduction and use of the T.EAM (leanIX) system for the TSI. It is based on the different types of information templates (factsheets) based on the TOGAF architecture framework. By creating and coordinating the templates, the sub-project supports the use for different user groups, including various reports for analysis in day-to-day business. Integration into IT demand management must be taken into account.
Your tasks:
As an Expert Architect, you are responsible for:
- Coordination and preparation of policy documents regarding the content and benefits of the IT Portfolio Mgmt. or EAM
- Development of a strategy for the rollout of the IT Portfolio Mgmt. in the TSI based on T.EAM (leanIX). This includes the following components:
- Identification of use cases for the use of T.EAM for different user groups
- Identification of necessary reports
- Prerequisites for the rollout (training, support, sample information/reports)
- Support in improving data quality in T.EAM (applications, processes, data objects, tagging, etc.)
- Creation of templates for the use cases, reports, their documentation and coordination with the other architecture areas (business, data, IT)
- Participation in the T.EAM core team as well as knowledge transfer from the manufacturer to the teams
- Support in the planning, implementation and control of the sub-project
- Organization and moderation of meetings
- Communication with the designated contact persons of the IT Portfolio Management of TSI, as well as the T.EAM core team of DTIT
Your ideal skill set:
- Proven experience with LeanIX (SAP LeanIX)
- You have working knowledge with myWiki
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that address those requirements effectively
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
- Willingness to travel
Additional requirements:
- Knowledge in GraphQL is appreciated (optional)
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or Zachman is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) is an advantage.
