Oversee and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Implement and monitor process improvements aimed at cost reduction, quality enhancement, and increased customer service levels
Ensure the achievement of production goals in terms of quantity and quality while maintaining deadlines
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities
Update budget standards and take corrective actions in case of deviations
Prepare and track smaller Capex plans
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Participate in external/internal audits to ensure adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements
Develop cost-reduction measures for production areas
Maintain communication with the maintenance team to follow up on measures aimed at increasing productivity
Contribute to the development of mid- and long-term strategies
Prepare decision-making materials for the Capex approval process
Lead smaller projects or contribute to larger project teams
Develop project plans, track progress, report to management, and maintain communication with stakeholders and sponsors
Lead the project team, provide feedback, and develop team members
