• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO/Finance Director), preferably in a medium-sized and/or multinational environment.
• Proven expertise in leading the financial function at a country or cluster level.
• University degree in Economics/Finance.
• Solig knowledge of IFRS and HAS accounting standards.
• Excellent English language skills both in oral and written.
• Hands-on experience with financial systems; ERP implementation experience and SAP knowledge is a huge advantage.
• Excellent leadership skills (fast decision-making, results-orientation, strategic thinking.)
• Excellent communicational and negotiation skills and a "hands-on" attitude.
• Structured, target-oriented work ethic, leading by example.
