• Deliver collections management services to SBS
• Review AR ageing reports
• Perform collection & dunning
• Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process
• Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility
• Perform daily task of blocked order release

• Ongoing university studies in finance or related fields
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounts receivable accounting
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
• Intermediate knowledge of Greek and English
