We’re seeking an experienced and motivated French Speaking eCommerce Consultant to support and lead the conceptualization, implementation, and evolution of customized eCommerce solutions. In this role, you’ll work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and global clients, transforming business needs into intelligent digital outcomes.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce
• Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in technical project management and advisory support
• Solid understanding of at least one eCommerce platform or solution
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of IT product and service workflows
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Sharp analytical thinking, a proactive attitude, and clear communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel for client and project needs
• Nice to have:
• Familiarity with sales, logistics, and invoicing processes
• Experience working with ITIL-based service structures
• Background in consulting across diverse industries
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with a variety of eCommerce tools
