French speaking PtP Supervisor


You are going to supervise a team working in the Procure to Pay department of the company. The team is handling classic invoice processing, query management and payment related tasks as follows:

  • PO and non-PO invoice processing
  • GRIR reconciliation
  • weekly payment runs and ad hoc manual payments according to DOA policy
  • auditing T&E reports
  • updating vendor master data
  • developing and maintaining work instructions and SOX documentation
  • participation in monthly, quarterly and yearly closings

Your tasks may include:

  • actively driving and participating in handover processes
  • developing and sustaining business practices for all related payables procedures
  • monitoring KPIs and targets, understanding the business needs of different partners
  • proactively improving and undertaking effective business relationship with key vendors and business contacts
  • providing constructive feedback to team members with a coaching attitude, making sure that team members can live up to their full potential
  • ensuring the team's timely delivery so that tasks are completed efficiently to prevent any business interruption
  • working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent stakeholder management with a dedicated customer care mindset


What we are looking for:

  • operative experience as well as deep knowledge and understanding of the Procure to Pay field
  • at least 2 years of experience in PtP in a people management role
  • advanced written and spoken language skills in English and French
  • strong leadership skills, ability to coordinate, delegate and set common goals
  • commitment to team work through relationship-building, reliability and collaboration
  • quality focus and great stakeholder management abilities
  • strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • advanced Excel skills
