Frontend Developer (REF4968K)
Job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance frontend applications using Angular (2+) and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers, DevOps engineers and product stakeholders
- Implement frontend components
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance issues.
- Work in an agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend builds and deployments using GitLab CI/CD.
Qualifications
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript
- Experience with Angular (2+) and/or VueJS
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design and state management.
- Experience working with REST APIs and backend integration.
- Experience using GitLab CI/CD in a development or delivery context.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (German is an advantage).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred / Optional skills
- Experience with Azure Cloud environments.
- Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB (from a frontend integration perspective).
