German-speaking Customer Service Agent
Tasks
- Handle inbound calls in German
- Support German-speaking patients with appointment scheduling, changes, or cancellations
- Manage complaints and callback requests
- Make outbound calls to schedule hearing tests
- Accurately log all interactions in the internal system
Working hours:
Monday–Friday 8:00–18:00, Saturday 9:00–15:00 (based on shifts, mainly regular hours)
Requirements
- You speak German at native or near-native level (C1–C2)
- You’re a good communicator, especially with older clients
- You remain calm, kind and respectful – even under pressure
- You’re familiar with Google tools and comfortable learning new systems
- You have customer service experience – or are eager to start building it
