German Speaking Finance Coordinator

If you have at least 1-2 years experience in finance field and a perfect German knowledge and want to take your career to the next level, join to a transition project to our multinational partner!

Location:

Budapest

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the overall entity finance tasks
  • Invoice administration and issue resolution
  • Fixed asset management
  • Manage manual payments
  • Support internal employees in case of any related issues
  • Take part in month-end closing activities
  • Fill out quarterly VAT returns
  • Provide help in the yearly audit activities
  • Take part in continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
  • University or College degree
  • 1-2 years experience in Finance and Accounting field
  • Fluent German and English knowledge
  • Desirable: experience in fixed asset management
  • Previous experience gained in transitions means advantage!
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
