Support of asset inventory for the relevant companies and related work with the guidance of the Team Leader, SME or/and Senior Fixed Assets Accountant
Asset divestments with and without revenues with the guidance and support from Team Leader, SME or/and Senior Fixed Assets Accountant and with reference to requests and direction from the Business / Country teams
Period end close (monthly, quarterly, year-end) - transfer of assets under construction to addition to fixed assets
Verification and handling of adjusting entries and transfers for capital expenditures for business / countries supported with the guidance and support from Team Leader, SME or/and Senior Fixed Assets Accountant
Screen and review inferior assets, preparation and booking of transfer posting documents for business / countries supported with the guidance and support from Team Leader, SME or/and Senior Fixed Assets Accountant
Process depreciation with appropriate sense check
Ensuring that all asset movements are compliant with BP Policy & Authorities (Group Reporting Manual), local GAAP and IFRS with the guidance and support from Team Leader, SME or/and Senior Fixed Assets Accountant with reference to requests and direction from the Business / Country teams
Ensuring compliance with „Component Accounting" with the guidance and support from Team Leader, SME or/and Senior Fixed Assets Accountant and with reference to requests and direction from the Business / Country teams
Allocation of purchase requisition, handling of purchase requisition for capital expenditures local GAAP and IFRS, account assignment and clearance PM-orders for capital expenditures)
Adhering with the tasks outlined in the QMS Systems of GBS
Fixed Assets master data processing
Resolve queries and issues as they arise typically with reference to SOPs and prior situations, escalating for support from Team Leader, SME or/and Senior Fixed Assets Accountant where required
Work to be carried out in accordance with the timetables and direction from the team leader and with reference to requests and direction from the Business / Country teams

Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least a year
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Finance/Accounting or any related field
Fluent English knowledge both written and verbal
Intermediate German knowledge, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
Customer- and service-oriented thinking
Readiness for action and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and cooperation
