German Speaking Junior Sales Order Administrator

Feladatok

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales orders into the system, strictly adhering to customer SLAs and expectations.
• Work closely with internal departments, including Purchasing, to resolve complex or non-standard orders and address issues such as margin blocks, credit limits, or export restrictions.
• Review customer orders thoroughly to confirm all specifications, quantities, pricing agreements, and requirements are correct prior to processing.
• Manage returns, issue credits, and resolve order or invoice-related inquiries promptly and efficiently, aiming for a first-time-right approach.
• Stay up to date with system changes and new tools to continuously improve order management processes.
• Collaborate regularly with internaSelect appropriate delivery methods, configurations, and value-added services based on customer needs.l teams to gather and share information relevant to sales order processing.

Elvárások

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a Customer Service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• A service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive results and support customer success.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
