German speaking L2 IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in IT infrastructure issues for users
- Handle more complex issue escalated from L1 teams
- Assign more complicated cases to relevant higher teams
- Help educate users on best prectices
- Participate in creating and updating knowledge base
- Mentor new joiners within the team
