Procurement, order, processes, offer calculation
Tasks:
- Management of various procurement activities
- Receiving and processing orders and inquiries within standardized processes
- Support in coordinating purchasing activities with strategic and operational corporate procurement
- Assistance in evaluating investment proposals
- Support for the technical implementation of ongoing deal offer calculations in coordination with Sales and the providing departments
- Support and procurement-side assistance with tenders
- Tool-supported work
- Collection and analysis of data and key figures relevant to the area of responsibility
- Support in general procurement management tasks
Requirements
- Completed 2-year vocational training or equivalent professional experience
- Systematic and structured working style
- Flexibility, resilience, and commitment
- Personal interest in the subject matter, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Strong team spirit
- Reliability and adherence to deadlines
- Customer-oriented thinking and behavior
- Proficient in standard MS Office products, SAP R/3 knowledge
