German speaking Project Manager (REF5008I)

Department and Project

This position is within the Tolling Services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals specializing in electronic road-charging solutions. Together with our partners, we develop and operate intelligent, kilometer-based tolling systems for international customers, covering the entire business process (vehicle registrations, country booking, providing On-Board Units, position data transmission, charge calculation, and fleet billing). Leveraging digital intelligence and advanced technology, our tolling solutions facilitate seamless mobility across Europe. The team aims to enhance existing services and expand into new domains. As part of an international team collaborating with T-Systems International, you will play a key role in supporting our customers with cutting-edge tolling solutions.

Main tasks

As Project Manager you will:

  • Review of application documentation
  • Creation of application profiles/fact sheets together with the customer’s application owners
  • Ordering/provisioning of services in the FMO
  • Coordination and control during migration executions (based on runbooks)
  • Hypercare support after each migration batch
  • Participation in status calls as required
  • If necessary, occasional travel to the customer site in Berlin

Background and required skills:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in the following areas: Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, business or equivalent work experience in IT
  • Reviewing and understanding technical documentation
  • Independent validation and collection of data from the CMO
  • Conducting discussions with the customer
  • Capturing all requirements for the FMO
  • Verifying that all prerequisites for the migration are met
  • Coordinating and guiding activities during the migration
  • Supporting the resolution of issues and anomalies following the migration batches
  • Initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in German and in English
  • Teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Time management and prioritization
