GID Project Leader
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leadership of industrial product transfers, technology changes and process development projects determined in accordance with the company policies (management of 3-4 priority projects and support of others)
- Operating and maintaining project structures in line with company protocols (project charter, stakeholder management, RACI, work breakdown structure, resource management, change control, etc.)
- Coordinating the daily work of project participants
- Cooperating with technology experts of the GID team, as well as other related departments (e.g. R&D, Regulatory Affairs,
- QA, Production and Technical Directorates)
- Liasing with foreign premises in case of common projects
- Contributing to knowledge transfer and share of know-how between premises

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- BSc/MSc degree in life sciences
- Experience in project management
- Outstanding speech and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural team
- Quick overview and ability to understand and solve complex problems and tasks
- Focus on performance, efficient time management and good at strategic thinking
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Understanding and communicating effectively business priorities
We highly value if you have:
- Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biological production experience (product development, production, regulatory affairs knowledge, etc.)
- GLP/GCP/GMP knowledge or training
- Project management qualification or experience
