Tasks
- Manage all aspects of our group insurance programs, from day-to-day operations to strategic planning.
- Collaborate with brokers, risk management, and various departments to optimize coverage and costs.
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best deals - you'll be a master negotiator!
- Manage claims and ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Stay on top of global insurance trends and regulations.

Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
- You've got at least 5 years of experience in insurance management, ideally with global experience.
- You're fluent in English (legal English is a big plus!).
- You're a confident self-starter who can easily influence stakeholders at all levels.
- You're a whiz at negotiation and communication.
- You have a deep understanding of global insurance markets and regulations.
- CII certification is a bonus, but not a must-have.
- You're comfortable presenting to senior management and the Board.
- You have a proactive approach to risk management.
- You're a master of cost-effectiveness and continuous improvement.
