• Download invoices from websites
• Scanning invoices and prepare in SAP
• Execute reconciliation of account balances · Support AP reporting
• Checking duplicates
• Archiving invoices
• Resolve requests arriving in ServiceNow
• Support Internal Controls and Audits
• Ad hoc tasks coming from PtP Team Lead/Supervisors

• English (C1 level) and Greek language knowledge
• Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge

• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
